Supportive Housing Program

When a tenant arrives at St. John's Centre their needs are assessed by our on-site Support Service Director.  A personalized service plan is developed to meet the tenant's needs.  Service plans are reviewed regularly and revised as needs change to ensure each tenant can remain independant and age in place with dignity.  Services are provided by qualified caring Personal Support Workers (PSW).
