Treat Others with Respect
Individuals acting on behalf of St. John's Centre shall be honest and ethical in dealing with each other, the community, clients and anyone who is associated in any way with St. John's Centre
Discrimination
St. John's Centre fosters an environment free of discrimination. Discrimination on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin, citizenship, ethnic origin, creed (religion), receipt of social assistance (housing only), disability, age, marital status, family status, sex or gender (includes being pregnant, sexual harassment), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or record of offences (employment only, must have been pardoned) will not be tolerated.
Confidentiality
Individuals acting on behalf of St. John's Centre will respect the privacy laws and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information acquired through their association with St. John's Centre.
Property
Individuals acting on behalf of St. John's Centre will respect, protect and maintain its property in good condition. Property damage, misuse or theft will not be tolerated. It is expected that St. John's Centre resources will be used in moderation and with common sense.
Record Keeping
All financial documentation must be maintained in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by all governing bodies and kept current. Such information will remain confidential and be subject to internal system controls and annual audit.
